Tickets and booking

Luoxing Isle has two documented admission routes. It is included in the 100 yuan Tongli Ancient Town combo ticket, so touring the town on the combo covers the isle with no extra charge. Without the combo, the standalone isle ticket is 10 yuan.

The pack lists no separate reservation step or advance-booking requirement for the isle; the practical move is to settle admission as part of the Tongli ticket decision, since the only real choice is combo versus standalone. The documented contact for ticket questions is 400-698-2990, and listed hours are all day, every day of the year, so when you buy is not a constraint.

Entrance and routes

There is one documented way in, and it starts on water. Luoxing Isle is the farthest attraction inside Tongli Ancient Town, and walking to it is explicitly not an option. The route: reach Luoxing Isle pier by tricycle or electric sightseeing cart (the cart from Tuisi Garden runs about 2 yuan per person), then board a boat. Free scheduled boats leave roughly every 20 minutes and the crossing takes 5 minutes; a speedboat is available at 10 yuan per person.

The pier sits on the east side of the Tongli Ancient Town tourist area, at No. 1 Zhongchuan South Road, Wujiang District, Suzhou — the address to give a driver or a navigation app.

Photo spots

The pack documents no named viewpoints, platforms or photo facilities on the isle, so any specific shot list would be unverified. What it does fix is the setting: an isle reached by a 5-minute boat crossing from a pier inside Tongli Ancient Town, with the crossing itself the one stretch every visit includes. The suggested 1-3 hour duration is the pack’s only guide to how much ground there is to cover once ashore.

Timing and crowds

Listed opening hours are all day, every day of the year, but the binding constraint is the boat schedule: free boats run about every 20 minutes, so a wait of up to roughly 20 minutes is possible at either end of the 5-minute crossing. Plan the pack’s suggested 1-3 hours on the isle plus those waits when slotting this into a Tongli day.

The pack carries no crowd-level or peak-time data, so no quiet-period or busy-period claim can be made; the documented contact for day-of questions is 400-698-2990.

Walking and effort

This is a zero-hiking sight. The pack lists no trails or walking routes to the isle — walking there is explicitly ruled out — and documented access is mechanized end to end: an electric sightseeing cart or tricycle to the pier, then a 5-minute boat. The only physical effort is getting on and off the cart and the boat, which keeps the effort threshold low.

Getting there

Within Tongli Ancient Town, Luoxing Isle is the farthest attraction, and the pack is blunt that walking is absolutely not an option. For the land leg, the documented options are a tricycle or the electric sightseeing carts; the cart from Tuisi Garden costs about 2 yuan per person. For the water leg, Luoxing Isle pier has free scheduled boats about every 20 minutes with a 5-minute crossing, plus a speedboat at 10 yuan per person.

For navigation, use No. 1 Zhongchuan South Road, inside the Tongli Ancient Town tourist area (east side), Wujiang District, Suzhou.

Cost breakdown

Admission has two documented routes. The isle is included in the 100 yuan Tongli Ancient Town combo ticket, so if you already hold the combo, the isle adds no admission cost; otherwise the 10 yuan standalone ticket plus the free boat is the cheapest route for an isle-only visit.

The crossing itself can cost nothing: the free scheduled boats run about every 20 minutes. The paid alternative is the speedboat at 10 yuan per person. The land leg to the pier adds about 2 yuan per person on the electric cart from Tuisi Garden; the pack does not price tricycle rides.

So a minimal isle-only outing comes to 10 yuan admission plus the free boat (about 12 yuan with the Tuisi Garden cart), while the speedboat adds 10 yuan per person on top of whichever admission route applies.
